How long does delivery take?

Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes, we deliver to mainland UK addresses. Some remote areas may take a little longer.

Your Electric Bike

Do I need a licence or insurance to ride an electric bike?
In the UK, electric bikes that meet EAPC rules (pedal assist up to 15.5mph, motor up to 250W) can be ridden without a licence, tax or insurance, provided the rider is 14 or over.

How far can I ride on a single charge?
Range depends on the model, terrain, rider weight and level of assist. Typical range is listed on each product page.

Is there a warranty?
Yes, our bikes come with a manufacturer warranty. Warranty length varies by model — see the product page or contact us for details.
